The Film Reversal Test

Photobucket
The idea was in my mind since the day Dick told me about it,
It was the film reversal technique.
Lomography has recently launch a new RedScale film which is similarly or I can say it's exactly of film reversal technique.
However, as I do not think I could wait to provide my album something like that too.
Here are my Redscale; Film Reversal result.

Photobucket

"Trishaw & On the road"

Photobucket

"She and He & His and Hers"

Photobucket

"Sunshine & Morning Glory"

Photobucket

"Heritage of Malaysia; Melacca & Penang Island"

It seems like everything is perfect even with just a SuperSampler camera,
The result really surprised me so much,
It very HOT effect really make a place looks like a disaster happening.

You've seen this now,
So, try it yourself!

It's My Birthday Today

Hooi's-Bday003
It's my birthday today,
Start to think back days since last year,
There was so many memorable colors in my mind,
Wishes that I'd made for my previous birthday did actually shown up in my life.

Looking back to "Last year's Today",
It was just the beginning of me getting into the colorful lomo-world,
I can still remember the night we hung out at SS2 Murni for a gathering,
It was also my first time using my LCA+ taking their pictures.

Being together with my lovely girlfriend WeiWei,
Time has never been slower for even a second,
Flashes back in my mind, this is already the third year that we care and share,
Each other on every single angle that we bear.

Hooi's-Bday002

Not too bad for this year,
I would say it as the best so far,
I celebrated my b'day dinner with WeiWei in The Vintry last Saturday.

Hooi's-Bday017
Now let's see what we had for our dinner,
Oh yes, the beautiful Red Wine,
Was introduced as fruity,
But was strong enough to swing both of us.

Hooi's-Bday007
Starter : Vegs Wrapped in Bacon; Unforgettable!

Hooi's-Bday008
Main Dish : BBQ Pork Ribs; Super Awesome!

Hooi's-Bday011
Blue Cheese Pork Burger; The Blue Cheese Sauce, is Crazy!

Hooi's-Bday018
French Fries; because we could finish our wine like drinking water.

Hooi's-Bday015
Yeah!!! It's my birthday present!!!
Thank you so much, WeiWei!!!
Love you so much~~~!!!

Hooi's-Bday026
Wow, cool!!!
It's my favorite jeans.

Hooi's-Bday028
Thank you so much for the present,
For so many presents and celebrations we had,
You've never missed giving me a surprise in a special way,
That's what make me love you so much too..
=)

Lomography-Slide-Film : WaiWai

Back to the
Lomo-Xpro 100/36 Film,
Here is my first roll, finally done it,
Taken by Konica WaiWai camera,
But the results...

I've got redish singing pigeons.

Extra boosted over-exposed Sukeats Acid Grind.

Greenish-brownie Thailand-Malaysia boarder river.

Another over-exposed but blueish me Royale on a rail.

Super Natural river color.

Dimmer lighted dark blue kind of fishbrain on a ramp curb.

Super old school yellowish Gap over a hump.

What's happening????

This is what I expected, beautiful blue Sukeats at Queensbay.

And this is not too bad too for a Slave flash to TzuZanne.

The blue blue flash over myself from shin to fingertips.

It's hard to make a perfect assumption of how this film is producing the color effect,
The Lomo-Xpro 100/36 Film,
I think it changes from various consideration,
Like shutter speed, aperture setting, lens, distance, sun lights, etc.
However, this roll that was taken by WaiWai,
Did totally created more than just the "blue" that everyone expected,
Strange but nice. :)
